Assistant Professor of Strength of Materials at the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering & Aeronautics, University of Patras. He is a member of the European Mechanics Society (EUROMECH) and the European Structural Integrity Society (ESIS). He has participated in more than 15 national and international research projects. He has published 40 journal papers, 2 chapters in books and 45 papers in conference proceedings. He is the co-editor of an international book. He is a reviewer in several scientific journals.
