Athanasia Kolovou is an Electrical an Computer Engineer from the Technical University of Crete, working at the  Institute for Language and Speech Processing of the Athena Research Center from 2018. 
She holds a (MSc) degree in Advanced Information Systems from the University of Piraeus. 
Her professional activities include the design and developing of the user interface for repository management systems that host digital language resources, and designing, developing and managing web portals using Content Management Systems. 
She is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; plus modern libraries and frameworks.  Finally, she is a Machine learning enthusiast that has an extended practical but also research experience in Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence, and has authored and co-authored relevant publications.
