Dimitris Skoutas received his Diploma on Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2003, and his PhD in Computer Science from NTUA in 2008. During this period, he has worked as a researcher at the Knowledge and Database Systems Lab (KDBSL) at NTUA and at the Information Management Systems Institute (IMSI). From 2009 to 2011, he has worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the L3S Research Center in Hannover, Germany. Currently he is a post-doctoral fellow at IMSI. His research interests include geospatial data management and data integration and mining.
